BuddyBuddy is a (fake) mobile app that aims to provide pet owners with various commonly sought services. the app is a convenient one-stop shop for those looking to give or receive pet-centric services. some would say it's the best thing made for mobile since instagram...
following the prescribed process, we land on a 'user persona' serving to provide us with a glimpse at what the general public may be looking for in an app-based solution for their pet care needs. This fictitious character is a conglomeration of the people's surveyed complaints, grievances, and joys while looking for pet care etc.
after identifying a target audience, i made a quick roadmap of a user's journey through the app. this simple onboarding flow allows new users to check out BuddyBuddy's services by creating an account or continuing as a guest. neat.
building upon the style guide/component library shown up top, i built out a few screens to get a rough prototype into a testing and iteration process. below are some of the screens with edits provided by friendly test users. thank you to those kind few.
last, and possibly least, a clickable prototype is below. feel free to poke around and hide all the strange UI from Figma's embedded prototyping space. cheers.
